This video was produced with the intention of promoting my photographic project on food waste – Food Is Wasted (formerly Food Is…)
The piece focuses on the work of the organisation FoodCycle, which fathers food from markets and supermarkets that would otherwise be wasted. The aim is for the Food Is… site to become a resource on the consequences of wasting food, the problems, and the solutions.
